Anti-cellulite massage
Purpose

Anti-cellulite massage is a combination of classic and lymph drainage massage. The muscles are at first warmed up with smooth movements on the body and then they are kneaded thoroughly. With that we improve blood and lymph circulation and microcirculation of subcutaneous tissue. We give more attention to those parts where cellulite accumulates. For greater effect we use anti-cellulite oils. But we have to realize that the main thing against accumulating cellulite is exercise (sports), healthy nutrition and a healthy way of life.
