Aquapark fitness is opened every day from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Fitness is build in a way to offer a view of Aquapark's swimming pools and towards surrounding mountains.
The devices in fitness are divided to:
- Cardio devices
◦Two running tracks
◦ Two bicycles
◦ One stepper
◦ Two simulators of ski running
- Free weights
- Stretching area
For fitness training you need clean sports equipment (T-shirt, short/long pants, clean sports shoes used solely for fitness workout), towel (to protect hometrainer) and a plastic bottle with beverage.
With cardio workout we strengthen cardiovascular and respiratory system.. With long-term workout we decrease heart rate in idle condition, the consumption of calories increases, the body shapes, muscular imbalance reduces, muscles strengthen, body fat reduces, resistance to stress raises.
